EduPro Attendance Module - Manual counting of attendance and registers is a thing of the past!

Attendance can be a nightmare for Educational organizations to manage, the bigger your department or organization becomes the more student attendance you have to manage. Paper registers are fine, but they require counting, and processing. Even before they get counted, they get lost, defaced, or damaged to the point that systems such as data OCR recognition become impossible. Place IP based Feedback Data Terminals around your organization, which can store swipe attendance data. Teachers swipe Student cards before the Start and End of every lesson, lecture or seminar. In a trust system even Students can be made responsible for swiping their own Student cards. Cards can be barcode generated, Smart card, or even use Biometric technology to eliminate "buddy swiping" misuse.

You can also of course manually input attendance data from class lists inputted in from the Class Module. "Yes", "no" ticks make class attendance input fast and easy

Interface with the class module to dynamically create Student attendance on the fly. EduPro can look at data entered in the Class Module such as cancelled Classes, and teacher absence and then create Student attendance based on these results.
