Classes are made up of key components including times, teacher, location, room, course, and course level. When you change any one of these components for a given class, EduPro will alert you to any conflicts which result from under or over assigned resources or components. When assigning or unassigning objects to a class EduPro will take an opposite and equal action in order to keep your pool of unassigned resources or components up to date. EduPro allows true resource assignment. Resources or components can be pre-designed to fit your model. For Lab environments the assignment of specific physical resources is important. Students have enrolled onto a particular course but assigning those Students to specific classes and modules within a given course can be hard work. GP Soft and EduPro give you the power to manage this process. Where possible EduPro is able to assign Students to class based on their choice of course or module. In conjunction with Feedback Data Terminals EduPro can even assign Student objects to classes via the swipe of a Student Card fitted with a pre-defined barcode or Smart chip.
