EduPro - New! - Dashboard and Ledgers Module - Make sure your staff know the tasks they must complete and that your staff are in compliance! 

The new EduPro Dashboard and Ledgers Module was built in conjuntion with a large US based client and is mainly about three main principles.

Principle 1

• Your group of international language schools has 2000 active agents from around the world and you place students in over 50 schools across the world. How do you manage the staffs workload and ensure every student is handled correctly?   

The answer is by using the Coordinator and Manager and Centre Dashboards in EduPro. These Dashboards link together to inform a centre of a coordinators changes to a student's booking. All the time the interfaces also interact with the the Ledgers informing Coordinators, Managers and Centres when the Accounts or Compliance departments question enrolments on the grounds of visa or financial problems.

Principle 2

• You are a world renowned group of schools and you have the governments of three countries or more to comply with visa regulations. How do you make sure you are in compliance?

By using the "Course Start Status" and "Course End Status"  interfaces of the EduPro Dashboard and Ledgers Module a centre can easily inform the group of the status of students, whether they are "no shows", "attended", etc. Intergrating to the EduPro Student Module you can also manage the Visa Requirements of students all which filters through to the "Centre Dashboard".

Principle 3

• You are a large group of schools, and you are a diverse business, you have four other systems similar (but obviously less powerful ;o) ) to EduPro. How do you take the bookings from EduPro and pass them to your other accounts systems in a timely fashion?

Using the "Purchase" and "Payment" ledgers of EduPro you can set rules up based on SOX compliance or general business rules to make sure that bookings are passed to your accounts system in timely fashion. Payment, days to start date and even the country of origin of the booking can be taken into account.
