EduPro Student Module, everything in EduPro puts the student in first place! 

The EduPro Student Module is the core module of the EduPro experience. The Student module allows the Educational Establishment to manage all processes concerning a student´s progression through the organization. From enrolment to course completion EduPro manages the interaction between Student and the school.    
  
Record student details, such as name, address, passport number, date of birth, nationality, languages, current status and link the student to an Agent. 
 
EduPro can record the exam results of Students from a predefined list of relevant exams including the dates and results of each exam.  You can also add Visa Requirements and record details of current students visa status. 
 
EduPro records the dates, times, and content of each course a student decides to enroll upon. The system also records all payment information relating to a student if an organization charges for specific course offerings. The payment system within EduPro acts like a virtual till system and is capable of generating sophisticated management reports, to assess your administration staff's sales ability. When used in conjunction with other typical accounts programs EduPro can be adapted to provide cash consolidation, generate invoices, and report on sales, on a site or company wide basis. Even without any accounts package integration EduPro is capable of generating invoices, receipts and course enrolment documentation.    
 
Receipts for courses, Certificate of Enrolment, Certificate of Completion, Bank letters, and Exam Results certificates can be generated in the form of Word Documents, or any other .doc format. Any documents your Educational Institution currently distributes EduPro is capable of generating.   
 
In every part of the EduPro Student Module it is possible to add memos when committing an action to the database. For example when creating a course enrolment for a student it is possible to enter a memo explaining a payment, or when refunding a payment it is possible to enter a reason for that refund. Every memo is displayed under the section whereby it was first entered, and also in the dedicated memo section.
